FRIENDS OF IRON RIDGE ELEMENTARY SOCIETY (FIRES) AGM

MONDAY, JANUARY 29,2018 AT 6:30PM in the MUSIC ROOM at IREC.

We will be having our Annual General Meeting and we need 6 new board members. FIRES is the fundraising board for IREC and we provide items for our school that the Alberta Government doesn’t. Right now we are fundraising to replace the old wooden playground structures as well as to provide classroom books. The board consists of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Casino Chair, and Directors. If you have children in playschool-grade 3 or have no children and want to be a part of FIRES, and can give a few hours of your time every couple of months then this is a fit for you. If we do not have enough people from our community come forward to be a part of the board, our board will have to close.
