Staff will build strong relationships, and create a sense of belonging by developing student self-confidence & independence in social skills by modeling & teaching the 7Habits.
Collaborative Response
Staff will meet after school & on aligned Fridays to share & master the best social/emotional & academic teaching practices to meet the needs of all students.
Student Intervention
Staff will research & implement best literacy & numeracy practices and social-emotional practices to accelerate student success.
Teaching to Diversity
Staff will use effective pedagogy & structures to create healthy relationships & excellent early learning environments for optimum student learning.
